Talisay City is a small city. However there are few comfy and cheaper resorts that is within your means. And I am referring to Circa La Aplaya. Circa can be found in Tungkil, Minglanilla,a place closer to Talisay City. With a 100 pesos for adults and 60 pesos for ages of  3 + children. Me and my family checked this get away today, April 29,2o17..for my birthday treat!Take a closer look at its place fellas and decide for your own peeks.
